I am Katy, your trusted Virtual Assistant.
I have over 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting HNWi, Directors and Small Businesses. I provide administrative support for all types of businesses, from sole traders to limited companies.
I can look after your business, family and/or personal affairs from my remote office - giving you more freedom and time to achieve your work and life goals.
I started my career working in the City of London for one of London's most respected Real Estate Companies, Strutt & Parker LLP followed by BNP Paribas Real Estate and Savills UK. During this time I also became Executive Assistant to the Director of Asset and Property Management at Capital and Counties Properties PLC.
Looking for a new challenge, I decided to bring the knowledge and skills I have acquired throughout my career together to start my freelance journey as a Virtual Assistant.
I am motivated, committed and self-driven with extensive experience in all aspects of business administration. I’m a proactive self-starter who is used to working on my own initiative and can be trusted to get on with the task-in-hand, provide high quality work and meet deadlines.

PRICING
Pay as You Go
Pay for the hours I work, with a minimum of 8 hours to be purchased per month.
£25 per hour
Retainer Packages
Pay for a set number of hours per month on unlimited tasks
Starter
10 hours per month - £250
Enhanced
20 hours per month - £500
Unlimited
30 hours per month - £750
Bespoke packages available upon request
Payment Terms
- Payment terms for new clients requires a 50% deposit of estimated first billing prior to the commencement of work.
- Payments to be made electronically (eg BACS or Faster Payment) within 7 days of invoice being issued.
- Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. Support outside of these times, or urgent work, is possible but may incur a premium on the hourly rate.
